Offerings
One Song Collective is a place to restore yourself.
What we offer is simple and intentional — bodywork rooted in deep listening, energy healing, and a living sanctuary that does its own quiet work on you.
Come as you are. Leave restored.
Bodywork & Massage
Offered by Melanie Gareau
One Song Collective is excited to announce that we are opening our doors to the public for non- registered massage and bodywork services.
Melanie Gareau is a dedicated massage practitioner with 10 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). After a five-year hiatus, Melanie returns with renewed passion to help relieve your physical discomforts.
Melanie specializes in Schweitzer’s deep tissue technique. This approach effectively targets deep layers of muscle tension while simultaneously guiding the body into deep relaxation, leaving you feeling both thoroughly worked over and deeply rejuvenated.
Over the years, Melanie has developed a niche interest in working with:
〰️ Individuals managing auto-immune conditions (drawing from her own personal journey)
〰️ Athletes, building on her own background in competitive youth sports
〰️ Seniors, utilizing a tailored, gentle touch to meet their unique needs
〰️ Anyone seeking holistic, alternative care and wellness support
In addition to bodywork, Melanie is a certified yoga instructor and is pleased to offer personalized, one-on-one rehabilitation sessions.
She also offers Reiki Sessions for those seeking alternative healing of the energetic body.
We invite you to experience Melanie's warm, holistic approach to healing. Please feel free to reach out to book your session.
Please note: sessions are non-registered and receipts cannot be submitted for health insurance benefits.

Wellbeing
The land itself is part of the offering. One Song Collective's 99 acres of slowly regenerating sanctuary provides a living backdrop for practices that restore the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with the more-than-human world.
〰️ Sylvotherapy (Forest Therapy) — offered by Alex Earl. A guided practice of slowing down in nature, attuning to the forest, and allowing the land to do its quiet restorative work. Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing.
〰️ Meditation — guided meditation sessions drawing on the sounds, rhythms, and stillness of the land. The frog symphony, the fire, the wind through the fields. Nature is the teacher here.
〰️ Yoga — woven into our seasonal gatherings and retreat offerings rather than offered as a standalone class. Unhurried, embodied, and always connected to the natural world around us.

Rentals & Retreats
COMING SOON
Sometimes the most restorative thing you can do is simply be somewhere different. A place where the pace slows, the air is clean, and the only agenda is rest.
〰️ Bunkie — a cozy, intimate space nestled on the property for overnight stays
〰️ Camping grounds — a quiet place to pitch your tent and fall asleep to the sounds of the land
Retreat packages will also be available, combining your stay with bodywork, Reiki, forest therapy, and other offerings for a fully restorative experience.
We are building these spaces slowly and intentionally. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when bookings open.
